Objectives

THE COURSE AIMS AT PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF REGULATION MODES IN LABOR RELATIONS THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF INTEGRATION MECHANISMS OF THE DIFFERENT SOURCES REGULATING THEM, THAT IS COLLECTIVE, INDIVIDUAL AND LEGAL SOURCES. WE WILL THEN DEAL WITH THE INSTITUTIONS REGULATING LABOR RELATIONS AND ANALYZE THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES, AS WELL AS THE TOOLS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF JUDICIAL .

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING CAPABILITY
KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPECIFIC REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE SUBORDINATE LABOUR CONTRACT AND OF THE ACTUAL SPECIAL LABOUR CONTRACTS AND OF THEIR HISTORICAL EVOLUTION.ANALYSIS OF THE INTERPRETATIVE PROBLEMS AND OF THE JURISPRUDENCE'S TRENDS IN THIS SUBJECT.
CAPACITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
CAPACITY TO CONSCIOUSLY ANALYZE THE NORMATIVE DATA,TO JOIN TOGETHER SIMILAR PROBLEMS, TO ELABORATE REASONING INSTRUMENTS TO FIND OUT INTERPRETATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND WITH THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES THAT HAVE INSPIRED THE SUBJECT ALSO IN THEIR HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT.

CAPACITY TO EXPLAIN TO AN UNDIFFERENTIATED AUDIENCE IN A STRAIGHTFORWARD AND CRITICAL WAY, UTILIZING EXHAUSTIVE AND MATURE ARGUMENTATIONS AND WITH A PROPER JURIDICAL LANGUAGE, THE THEORETICAL AND REAL PROBLEMS CONCERNING THE SUBJECT.

TO FIND OUT THE INSTRUMENTS AND THE REFERENCES NECESSARY TO GET A DEEPER KNOWLEDGE OF THE ANALYZED THEMES.TO FIND OUT THE JURISPRUDENTIAL TRENDS THAT CAN SUPPORT OR CONFUTE THE PROPOSED THESIS.CAPACITY TO COMPLETE THE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGES WITH ELEMENTS OF THE REGULATIONS AND OF THE DOCTRINE ACQUIRED FROM OTHER BRANCHES OF THE LAW.

Prerequisites
ADEQUATE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE MAIN CONCEPTS OF PRIVATE LAW.

Verification of learning
FINAL ORAL EXAMINATION TO ASSESS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTITUTIONS STUDIED AND THE ABILITY TO DEVELOP THE NOTIONS ACQUIRED. FOR ATTENDING STUDENTS, PRELIMINARY ORAL TESTS ARE SCHEDULED TO VERIFY THE PROPER LEARNING OF THE ISSUES ADDRESSED DURING THE COURSE.
