Objectives
AIMS
THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTUALIZATIONS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE STRATEGIC PROCESS, STARTING FROM THE ELABORATION OF THE STRATEGY UP TO ITS EXECUTION. THE ANALYSIS PERSPECTIVE ADOPTED CONCERNS THE RELATIONAL AND SYSTEMIC VISION OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS. THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING WILL BE TREATED, TOGETHER WITH TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE MAIN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS. THE INTERPRETATIVE KEY USED IS THE RELATIONAL KEY, WHICH MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO REREAD THE ENTERPRISE AS A PERSONAL, SELF-CENTERED NETWORK OF INTERSUBJECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS THAT, IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING, CAN TAKE ON A SYSTEMIC DIMENSION.

AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT
STUDENTS WILL INCREASE THE ATTITUDE TO THE CRITICAL EVALUATION OF THE BUSINESS PROBLEMS RELATED TO STRATEGIC PLANNING. STUDENTS' AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR ABILITY TO PROPOSE IN RELATION TO THE FORMULATION AND EXECUTION OF THE STRATEGY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COMPANY DECISION-MAKING PROCESS.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS LINKED TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE MASTERY OF A SPECIALIZED VOCABULARY APPROPRIATE TO THE REFERENCE ENTREPRENEURIAL CONTEXTS.

LEARNING ABILITY
A CONSTANT DISCUSSION IN THE CLASSROOM AND THE USE OF METHODS OF STUDENT INVOLVEMENT WILL STIMULATE THE LEARNING ABILITY OF THE TOPICS COVERED.

Teaching Methods

TEACHING WILL BE USED THROUGH THE USE OF DIDACTIC THESIS METHODS TO FACILITATE THE ASSIMILATION OF TRANSMITTED KNOWLEDGE, THROUGH THE DEFINITION OF THE PRESUPPOSED, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL TO THE DISCENT, THAT STIMULATE AN ORGANIZED AND COMPLETE LEARNING. IN PARTICULAR, THE DIDACTIC METHODS USED WILL BE THE FOLLOWING:
- FRONT DIDACTICS, CHARACTERIZED BY THE DEBATE BETWEEN TEACHER AND DISCENTS;
- INTERACTIVE DISCUSSION, CONSTITUTED BY TESTIMONIALS, PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSION OF COMPANY CASES;
- ACTIVE DIDACTICS, THROUGH GROUP WORKS.
Verification of learning

LEARNING ACHIEVED BY STUDENTS WILL BE CHECKED BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF A QUESTIONNAIRE OF 15 QUESTIONNAIRES WITH A MULTIPLE CLOSED ANSWER AND AN ORAL TEST TO EVALUATE THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENTS IN RELATION TO THE STRATEGIC DYNAMICS. IN PARTICULAR, THE CONVENTION WILL ON THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED ON THE USE OF THE MAIN TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS USED TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEMS THAT TYPICALLY AND TRADITIONALLY, INSIDE THE DIFFERENT PHASES OF INDIVIDUATION, DEFINITION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPANY STRATEGIES. FINAL VALUE EXPRESSED IN THIRTY.
