Objectives
- EDUCATIONAL GOALS:
TO PROVIDE THE STUDENT WITH A SYSTEMATIC STUDY METHOD TELEOLOGICALLY ORIENTED TO THE SECTOR OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION UNDERGOING TODAY DEEP AND CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL AND NORMATIVE CHANGES.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
LEADING STUDENTS TO ANALYZE NORMATIVE PRINCIPLES, ABOVE ALL THE CONSTITUTIONAL ONES IN DEPTH, WHICH REGULATE THE WHOLE SECTOR OF INFORMATION IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, IN ORDER TO HELP THEM TO BUILD SUITABLE CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS ENABLING THEM TO UNDERSTAND WITH RESPONSIBILITY AND CRITICAL-ANALYTICAL SPIRIT, AN EXTREMELY COMPLEX AND CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPING NORMATIVE FRAMEWORK.

- ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
ABILITY TO APPLY THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN ORDER TO ADEQUATELY AND CONSCIOUSLY IDENTIFY, ANALYZE, PROCESS AND DEEPEN THE MANY INTERRELATIONS THAT CHARACTERIZE THE COMMUNICATION SECTOR HAS GOT WITH OTHER SECTORS OF THE CIVIL LIFE SYSTEM. DEVELOPMENT OF THE ABILITY TO A SYSTEMATIC INTERPRETATION AND CONSEQUENT EXACT APPLICATION OF THE MANY AND VARIOUS NORMATIVE SOURCES.

- PROPAEDEUTIC: HAVING PASSED THE EXAM OF INSTITUTIONS OF PRIVATE LAW.
- PREREQUISITES: SUITABLE KNOWLEDGE OF ITALIAN LANGUAGE.

Teaching Methods
TEACHING PLAN
THE COURSE CONSISTS OF LESSONS AMOUNTING TO A TOTAL OF 72 HOURS, IT HAS BEEN ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO FRONTAL LESSONS AND SEMINARS SCHEME, AND PROVIDES THE POSSIBILITY OF DEEPENING AND ANALYZING PARTICULARLY SIGNIFICANT TOPICAL SUBJECTS, LINKED TO THE RAPID TECHNOLOGICAL AND NORMATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SECTOR.
Verification of learning
ASSESSMENT METHODS
- ATTENDING STUDENTS.
FINAL ORAL EXAM, WHICH WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION INTO LESSONS. STUDENTS CAN ALSO REPLACE SOME SUBJECTS BEING INCLUDED IN THE EXAM PROGRAM, WITH A WRITTEN REPORT TO BE DISCUSSED DURING THE EXAM, CONCERNING A SUBJECT CHOSEN AND AGREED UPON TOGETHER WITH THE PROFESSOR, WHICH IS AN ANALYSIS IN DEPTH OF A PARTICULAR ISSUE REGARDING SOME PARTICULARLY SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS OF THE SUBJECT (FROM 1 TO 4 POINT ON MINIMUM OF 18/30 FOR THE ORAL EXAM).

- NON ATTENDING STUDENTS.
ORAL FINAL EXAM.

FOR ALL STUDENTS THE FINAL RESULT (ORAL EXAM OF AT LEAST 30 MIN) WILL BE EXPRESSED IN TRENTESIMI.
THE MINIMUM EVALUATION LEVEL (18/30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OR SHOWS A LIMITED CAPACITY OF THE SYSTEMATIC AND ASSIOLOGICAL COMPREHENSION OF THEORETICAL CONTENT.
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30/30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT SHOWS A COMPLETE AND DEEPENED KNOWLEDGE OR SHOWS A NOTABLE CAPACITY OF THE SYSTEMATIC AND AXIAL COMPREHENSION OF THEORETICAL CONTENT

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA SHALL BE:
1) ABILITY OF REFLECTION AND ORGANIZATION OF A COMPLEX THOUGHT;
2) ABILITY OF CLEAR EXPRESSION USING AN APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE;
3) ABILITY OF INCLUDING JURIDICAL INSTITUTES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES ON WHICH THE JURIDICAL SYSTEM IS BASED;
4) ABILITY OF UNDERSTANDING AND DEALING WITH THE MANY INTERDISCIPLINARY IMPLICATIONS CHARACTERIZING THE SUBJECT;
5) ABILITY OF ANALYSIS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE MANY AND DIFFERENT REFERENCE NORMATIVE TEXTS;
6) ABILITY OF STUDYING, UNDERSTANDING AND DEEP ANALYSIS OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE DOCTRINE AND OF THE JURISPRUDENCE APPROACHES.
FURTHERMORE:
- LEARNING RESULTS EXPECTED. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS: KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK IN RELATION TO THE MAIN REFERENCE PRINCIPLES, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE FREEDOM OF THINKING AND ANY OTHER EXPRESSION OF THE INDIVIDUAL’S VALUE, PERTAINING TO THE CARRYING OUT OF ANY KIND OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION, FROM A POINT OF VIEW OF A CONTINUOUS BALANCING BETWEEN VALUES. ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MAIN PRINCIPLES AND THE NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN COMMUNITY NORMS IN THE FIELD. ABILITY TO ANALYZE AND UNDERSTAND THE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES AS REGARDS THE COMMUNICATION FIELD.
- AUTONOMY OF JUDGEMENT: ABILITY FOR CRITICAL, METHODOLOGICALLY CORRECT AND AXIOLOGICALLY ORIENTED RECONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL-JURIDICAL ISSUES BEING PARTICULARLY DELICATE AND COMPLEX.
- COMMUNICATION ABILITY: ABILITY OF EXPRESSION AND COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION, IDEAS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE SPECIFIC DISCIPLINARY FIELD, WITH CORRECTNESS OF LANGUAGE AND A GOOD THOUGHT ORGANIZATION.
- LEARNING ABILITY: ACQUISITION OF REFERENCES, INSTRUMENTS AND LEARNING ABILITY BEING NECESSARY TO FURTHER ENRICH THE ACQUIRED JURIDICAL COMPETENCES AND TO APPLY SUCH COMPETENCES ALSO TO OTHER TEACHINGS OF THE STUDY COURSE.
