THE SUBJECT AIMS TO PROVIDE BASIC KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARTY-FORM IN CONTEMPORARY REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY AND LISTEN TO THE POLITICAL AND INSTITUTIONAL ITALIAN REPUBLIC. KNOWLEDGE IS AIMED TO GIVE TO STUDENT THE ABILITY TO ANALYZE CRITICALLY CHANGE OF CONTEMPORARY POLITICAL PARTICIPATION SYSTEMS, AS ITS HISTORIOGRAPHIC AND POLITICAL PRODUCTION ON THE THEME, DEVELOPING ALSO A SPECIFIC APPROACH TO THE INTERRUPTIONS BETWEEN THE ITALIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM AND THE INSTITUTIONAL APPARATUS AS THAT IT IS CONFIGURED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS THROUGH OUR DAYS. IN THE LIGHT OF KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO DEFINE AND INTERPRETING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PARTY, THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONING IN RELATION TO THE PROCESS OF BUREAUCRATIZATION THAT FROM THE NINETEENTH CENTURY TO THE PRESENT HAVE MARKED THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT, IN EUROPE AND IN ITALY AND THEREFORE IS TO BE IN THE BEST OF INCLUDING AND JUDGING THE COMPLESSES APPEARING TO POLITICAL IMPACT. |

TEACHING PROVIDES FRONT LESSONS (40 HOURS) AND SEMINARS (20 HOURS). IN THE LESSONS THE ARGUMENTS ARE PRESENTED, TAKING ACCOUNT OF THE COMPLEXITY OF THE EVENTS AND THE COMPARED PROBLEMS. IN THE SEMINARS WILL BE DEFINED THE STORIOGRAPHIC AND POLITOLOGICAL ISSUES INDIVIDUATED IN LESSONS BY THE PRESENTATION OF THE CORRESPONDING BIBLIOGRAPHY TO DEVELOP AND STRENGTHEN THE ABILITY OF CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THE STUDENT. |

THE VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL TAKE ACROSS A FINAL ORAL TEST TO EVALUATE THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING DISCIPLINE AND THE ABILITY OF ARGUMENTATION IN RELATION TO POLITICAL PARTIES AND THEIR INTERACTION WITH INSTITUTIONAL SYSTEMS. AT LEAST THREE QUESTIONS WILL BE FORMULATED TO ASSESS THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS. THE VOTE (MIN 18, MAX 30 WITH POSSIBLE LODE) IS DETERMINED BY THE LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS OF THE ORAL EXHIBITION: MASTERY OF THE CONTENT, APPROPRIATE OF HISTORICAL REFERENCES, CLARITY OF THE ARGUMENT, DOMAIN OF THE MAIN STORIOGRAPHICAL AND POLITOLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS. |
