THE CLINIC INTENDS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO ORIENT BETWEEN THE RULINGS OF ADMINISTRATIVE, CONSTITUTIONAL AND ORDINARY JUDGES

IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE PASSED THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURAL LAW EXAM

SOME FUNDAMENTAL JUDGMENTS ISSUED BY THE PLENARY MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF STATE, BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT AND BY THE UNITED SECTIONS OF THE COURT OF CASSATION PARTICULARLY IN MATTER OF JURISDICTION, HAVE BEEN EXAMINED.

Teaching Methods
THE CLINIC TAKES PLACE IN THE SECOND SEMESTER FOR A TOTAL OF 12 HOURS OF COURSE.
