Objectives
THE COURSE IS OFFERED TO STUDENTS THROUGH AN APPROACH TO THE TRAINING OF GENERAL THEORY, INSTRUMENTS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPACTS IN THEIR LEGAL AND BECOME AS WELL AS THE CONVERGENCE BETWEEN DIFFERENT LEGAL SYSTEMS CONTRASTS. FOLLOWING A MORE GENERAL IS SHOWING HOW TO USE THE METHOD COMPARATIVE YOU CAN VERIFY THAT THE RULES OF A LEGAL SYSTEM ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE THEORETICAL PROPOSITIONS PROCESSED BY DOCTRINE TO EXPLAIN THE RATIO OF THOSE RULES PRACTICES. THE STUDENT OFFERS THE POSSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE MECHANISMS THAT OVERSEE REGULATORY CHANGES WITHIN THE JURISDICTION.

C) JUDGEMENT: ABILITY TO INTERPRETATION AND CRITICAL EVALUATION, AND MASTERY OF CULTURAL AND METHODOLOGY INSTRUMENTS ABLE TO ALLOW ADEQUATE SETTING AND SETTLEMENT OF LEGAL ISSUES;
D) COMMUNICATION SKILLS: ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH LANGUAGE AND LEGAL APPROPRIATE BY ENCOURAGING THE SIZE PARTICIPATORY.
E) LEARNING SKILLS: APPROACH OF TYPE CASUISTIC, QUALIFIED TO STIMULATE THE CRITICAL SKILLS AND AUTONOMY OF STUDENTS 'JUDGEMENT. ACQUISITION INSTRUMENT REFERENCE AND LEARNING SKILLS NECESSARY TO ENRICH THE SKILLS ACQUIRED IN A CONTEXT THAT SEEKS TO PROMOTE INTERDISCIPLINARY SETTING, AND THE TRANSNATIONAL DIMENSION COMPARATIVE.

Teaching Methods
THE COURSE FEATURING PRIMARILY FOR AN APPROACH TO STIMULATE THE FACE OF CRITICAL SKILLS AND AUTONOMY OF STUDENTS 'JUDGEMENT. THE ADMINISTRATION OF GENERAL CONCEPTS YOU ACCOMPANIED BY PERIODIC CHECKS THAT WILL LET YOU FOLLOW THE LEARNING LEVEL REACHED AND, IF NECESSARY, TO TAKE THE NECESSARY REMEDIES. FOR STUDENTS NOT ATTENDING: FINAL EXAM ORAL.
FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING: ORAL EXAM FINAL THAT TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AS WELL AS TO THE LESSONS OF READING MATERIALS DISTRIBUTED. DURING THE LAST SEVEN STUDENTS ATTENDING THE COURSE MAY TAKE A TEST OF CHECK, TOTAL OR PARTIAL, OF REVIEW OF WARRANTIES, OR PREPARING AND DISCUSSING A REPORT WRITTEN ON A THEME CHOSEN AND AGREED WITH THE TEACHER, IS ALSO SAFE HARBOR OF REVIEW . CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF REVIEW ARE:
