Objectives
THIS COURSE, THROUGH THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS, AIMS AT PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH KNOWLEDGE OF ADMINTRATIVE LAW AS BRANCH OF LAW DEALING SPECIFICALLY WITH PUBLIC SUBJECTS AND THEIR INSTITUTIONAL FUNCTION OF SERVING PERSONS, BUSINESSES AND SOCIAL ENTITIES.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO USE LEGAL INSTRUMENTS DEMONSTRATING THEIR AWARENESS OF THE RELEVANCE FOR BUSINESSES AND FOR THE THIRD SECTOR, WHICH MORE AND MORE OFTEN (AND IN VARIOUS FORMS) INTERACTS WITH THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS, WHICH HAVE BEEN GRANTED THE DUTY TO COOPERATE AT THE ( ECONOMICAL) DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS

STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO EXAMINE AND EVALUATE THE DIFFERENT PHENOMENA AND SITUATIONS IN WHICH PUBLIC INSTITUTS ARE RELEVANT, WITHOUT STRICT FORMALISM BUT WITH ADEQUATE AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION, WHICH IN THE CURRENT CONTEST IS THE MORE FOCUSED ON THE SATISFACTION OF PRIMARY NEEDS.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS

THE STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, ARGUING THEIR POSITION IN A SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE WAY ,TO BE DISPOSED, WITH CRITICAL ABILITY,TOWARDS A PROFITABLE DISCUSSION.

STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP ABILITIES OF PROJECTION,OF MANAGEMENT AND OF COORDINATION OF IMPORTANT JURIDICAL PHENOMENAS AND MUST ALSO PROVE TO BE ABLE TO BECOME DEEPER INTO QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE DIFFERENT SECTORS IN WHICH PUBLIC SUBJECTS HAVE TO OPERATE FUNCTIONALLY.

THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AND MODES OF THE CONSENSUAL ACTION. THE INSTITUTES OF SEMPLIFICATION. THE PUBLIC SERVICES. THE ACCESS. THE PATHOLOGIES OF THE ACT. THE ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE (NODS).

FRONTAL LESSONS AND SKILLS
Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE PROPOSED OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE IS CERTIFIED BY THE SUBMINISTRATION OF A TEST WHICH RESULTS WILL BE EVALUATED ON A NUMERIC SCALE OF UP TO 30 POINTS.
THE TEST WILL CONSIST AN INTERVIEW DURING WHICH THE STUDENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, ALLOWING OPEN DISCUSSION, ON THE SUBJECTS INDICATED BY THE PROFESSOR AND REGARDING WHAT TEACHED DURING THE COURSE.
THE TEST WIL BE FOCUSED ON ASSESSING STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION OF THE MATTERS INDICATED IN THE COURSE PROGRAMME, THEIR CAPACITY TO FOLLOW TECHNICAL METHODOLOGIES AND THEIR CAPACITY IN APPLYING THEORIES IN RESOLVING THEORETICAL AND OR PRACTICAL CASES.
THE TEST WILL BE SUBMINISTERED ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED IN ADVANCE AND WILL LAST THIRTY MINUTES FOR EACH STUDENT.
EACH TEST QUESTION WILL BE EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCALE OF ASSESSMENTS: SEVERELY INSUFFICIENT; INSUFFICIENT; FAIR; GOOD; EXCELLENT.
THE TEST WILL BE CONSIDERED AS PASSED WITH A MINIMUM MARK OF 18/30.
