THE LEGAL ORDER AND THE ROLE OF THE MAGISTRATURES - THE AGE OF CODES AND JUDICIAL POWER (16H LESSON). ° JURISDICTION, LEGISLATIVE POWER, EXECUTIVE POWER. THE IDEOLOGY OF THE MAGISTRATURE. HIGHER COUNCIL AND ASSOCIATIONS. -JURISDICTIONAL FUNCTION (20H LESSON). ° ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS OF THE IUS DICERE AND SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE ITALIAN SYSTEM. THE TEACHING IS PERFORMED IN THE SECOND SEMESTER OF THE III YEAR AND PROVIDES A TOTAL OF 54 HOURS OF LESSON. THE TEACHING PROVIDES FRONTAL LESSONS AND EXERCISES HELD BY RESEARCHERS AND RESEARCH ASSISTANTS IN WHICH SPECIFIC DEPTHS ARE DEEPENED. |

THE EXAMINATION CONSISTS OF AN ORAL INTERVIEW, IN WHICH THE STUDENT WILL HAVE TO SHOW ABILITY TO ARTICULATE A COMPLEX SPEECH; ABILITY TO EXPRESS YOURSELF WITH CLARITY AND APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE; ABILITY TO INSERT THE EVENTS OF LEGAL HISTORY INTO A PRECISE FRAMEWORK OF LOGICAL, CHRONOLOGICAL AND SPATIAL SET; ABILITY TO SELECT THE DATA, ACCURATELY STORING THE SIGNIFICANT DATA. THE FINAL VOTE IS ATTRIBUTED IN 30TH. THE EXAM IS INTENDED TO BE PASSED WHEN THE RATING IS GREATER OR EQUAL TO 18/30. THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF EVALUATION (18) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTARY KNOWLEDGE OF THEORETICAL CONTENT AND SHOWS A LIMITED ABILITY TO CONNECT THE LEGISLATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT. THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30) IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE STUDENT SHOWS A COMPLETE AND IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THEORETICAL CONTENT OR SHOWS A CONSIDERABLE ABILITY TO CONNECT THE LEGISLATIVE REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT. PRAISE IS ATTRIBUTED WHEN THE CANDIDATE SHOWS SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THEORETICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONTENT AND SHOWS KNOWING HOW TO PRESENT THE TOPICS WITH SIGNIFICANT PROPERTIES OF LANGUAGE AND AUTONOMOUS PROCESSING CAPACITY EVEN IN DIFFERENT CONTEXTS. |
