THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH: • KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACOLOGY AND BIO-ACTIVE PRINCIPLES USED IN THERAPIES TO TREAT DISEASES AND DISEASE STATES AND DRUG-INDUCED ADVERSE EVENTS. THE COURSE ALSO INCLUDES SPECIFIC TOPICS IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACOLOGY THAT ALLOW ACCURATE STUDY OR ANALYSIS BASED ON A SYSTEMATIC UNDERSTANDING AND CRITICAL AWARENESS OF KNOWLEDGE DRUG. • APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE ABILITY TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED IN PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY, IN PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR THERAPIES SUCH AS THE ASSESSMENT OF ADVERSE EVENTS FOR THERAPY SUSTAINABILITY, TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM SOLVING TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE INTERDISCIPLINARITY THAT CHARACTERIZES THE PHARMACOLOGY. • MAKING JUDGMENTS MAKING JUDGMENTS AND INTEGRATING KNOWLEDGE TO MANAGE THE COMPLEXITY OF THERAPY FOR INNOVATING PHARMACOLOGY. WITH REGARD TO THE PHARMACIST ROLE AS INTERFACE BETWEEN THE PHYSICIAN AND THE PATIENT, TO MAKE JUDGMENTS ON THE BASIS OF INCOMPLETE OR LIMITED INFORMATION, BUT THAT INCLUDE REFLECTING ON SOCIAL AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES LINKED TO THE APPLICATION OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND JUDGMENTS; • COMMUNICATION SKILLS THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN A CLEAR AND UNAMBIGUOUS CONCLUSIONS OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND JUDGMENT TO A SPECIALIST (HEALTH WORKERS) AND NON-SPECIALISTS (PATIENTS) OF ANY GRADE AND LEVEL OF EDUCATION. • LEARNING SKILLS LEARNING SKILLS IN A SELF-DIRECTED OR AUTONOMY THAT MAY HELP FOR CONTINUOUS UPDATING, A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF A PHARMACIST, THROUGH THE USE OF TEXTS, SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS IN THE FIELD, THE MAIN DATABASES OF REGULATORY AGENCIES (EMA, FDA, AIFA, ETC.). |
