Objectives
THE ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION PART IS REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE A SUITABLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGULATORY PROVISIONS, BOTH OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RANKING, IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND IN
THE MAIN ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS, IN ADDITION TO PROCEDURAL AND METHODOLOGICAL
INSTRUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE UNDERSTANDING OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN LAW, ECONOMY AND
THE ENVIRONMENT. STUDENTS, THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SPECIFIC TEACHING TECHNIQUES, WILL ASSUME A PERSPECTIVE OF OBSERVATION OF LOCAL/GLOBAL AND WILL BE ABLE TO ANALYZE AND CLASSIFY THE PROBLEMS CHARACTERIZING ENVIRONMENT FROM LAW PERSPECTIVE.
Prerequisites
KNOWLEDGE OF THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES IN THE AREA OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND LANDSCAPE PROTECTION, IN THE POLITICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND, AT THE LAST, IN THE NOMENCLATURE OF THE MAIN INSTITUTES AND CONSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENTS RELATED TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND TO THE LINKED ACTIVITY OF PLANNING .

THE KEY TOPICS WILL BE ORGANISED INTO THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
GENERAL LINES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW (6H);
CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND THE LIVING LAW (6H); SINGLE SECTORIAL LAW AND THE UNIFORM CODIFICATION (6H); THE MAIN ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURES (12H); THE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (6H); PARTICIPATION AND LARGE CONTROL FORMS AND RIGHT OF ACCESS (6H);
PUNITIVE AND REPAIRING REGIME AND REWARD SYSTEMS (6H).
Teaching Methods
AS WELL AS TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM LESSONS, THE COURSE WILL INCLUDE SPECIFIC SESSIONS AIMED AT FURTHER IMPROVING THE UNDERSTANDING OF MORE TAXING TOPICS, AND WILL ALSO ENTAIL EXAMINATION OF REAL AND CURRENT CASES, REQUIRING A CROSS DISCIPLINARY APPROACH.

Verification of learning
DURING THE COURSE AND AT THE END OF SPECIFIC MODULES, STUDENTS WILL BE TESTED IN ORDER TOTRACK THEIR LEARNING PROCESS AND TO DETERMINE HOW TO PROCEED WITH COURSE ACTIVITIES.

THE MARK IS FROM A MINIMUM OF 18 TO A MAXIMUM OF 30.
18/30 IS GIVEN WITH A BASIC KNOWDLEGE.
30/30 IS GIVEN WITH A DEEPEN KNOWLEDGE.
THE EXAM LASTS ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
