THE GOAL OF THE COURSE IS TO INTRODUCE THE STUDENT TO THE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BOTH TO MANAGE THE INNOVATION OF A COMPANY AND TO CREATE A NEW COMPANY IN DIFFERENT SECTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPANY WORKING A TECHNOLOGICALLY INNOVATIVE FIELD, ICT SECTOR IN PARTICULAR. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MODELS. CRITICAL FACTORS AND SUPPORT ELEMENTS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. ALIGNMENT BETWEEN ICT AND BUSINESS.
