THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A RANGE OF KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO THE BROAD FIELD OF DISCIPLINES THAT DEAL WITH BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF LOCAL BUSINESSES. IN THIS REGARD, PARTICULAR ATTENTION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE STRATEGIC, ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF DIFFERENT TYPE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORGANIZATION. AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO: UNDERSTAND THE AIMS AND THE MANAGEMENT LOGIC OF THE FIRM AT A STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL LEVEL, THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF A DYNAMIC, UNITARY INTERPRETIVE MODEL OPENED TO RELATIONS WITH THE ACTORS OF THE REFERENCE. A FOCUS ON THE FIRMS’ INTERNATIONALIZATION PROCESS WILL BRING THE STRATEGIC ROLE THAT THE EXPERTS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES MAY PERFORM IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXTS, SUPPORTING INTERNATIONALIZED FIRMS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WITH SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO THE LOCAL BUSINESS. |

THE LEARNING ASSESSMENT WILL BE ORAL AND WRITTEN. IT CONTAINS THE TOPICS FACED IN THE CLASSROOM AND LEARNED FROM THE REFERENCE TEXTS. THE WRITTEN MODE CONSISTS OF THE ASSIGNMENT OF A PROJECT WORK ON THE THEMES TREATED BY THE PROFESSOR AND THE INVITED EXPERTS (ENTREPRENEURS AND / MANAGERS AND / OR CONSULTANTS). IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A PRESENTATION BY STUDENTS ON A SPECIFIC DATE. THE PRESENTATION AND THE FINAL REPORT OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT WORK WILL BE ASSESSED. THE OVERALL ASSESSMENT, THEREFORE, WILL CONSIDER THE ORAL EXAMINATION, THE PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT WORK AND THE FINAL REPORT. |
