Objectives
THE LABORATORIO DI TECNOLOGIE DIDATTICHE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE IN USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATIONAL AND TEACHING CONTEXTS.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
- THE EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK FOR THE DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF EDUCATORS
- WHAT DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES ARE
- HOW TO IMPROVE TEACHING-LEARNING STRATEGIES WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
- HOW TO IMPROVE LEARNING ASSESSMENT WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
- HOW TO SUPPORT INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES FOR STUDENT-CENTERED TEACHING AND LEARNING WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
- CREATE A DIGITAL LEARNING RESOURCE
- USE WEB-BASED TOOLS FOR TEACHING/LEARNING PROCESSES
- MAKE USE OF A CONCEPT MAP TOOL
- EMPLOY A FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT TOOL

- DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
- IMPROVING TEACHING-LEARNING STRATEGIES WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
- SUPPORTING INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES FOR STUDENT-CENTERED TEACHING AND LEARNING WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
- IMPROVING LEARNING ASSESSMENT WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
Teaching Methods
THE LABORATORIO DI TECNOLOGIE DIDATTICHE USES A LAB-BASED TEACHING STRATEGY SO STUDENTS LEARN BY DOING AND ARE INVOLVED IN THE KNOWLEDGE BUILDING PROCESS THROUGH LEARNING ACTIVITIES WHICH AIM TO DESIGN AND REALIZE ARTIFACTS THAT WILL BE IMPORTANT IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR FUTURE WORK.
Verification of learning
THE FINAL EVALUATION WILL BE EXPRESSED AS A “PASS/FAIL” SCORE. A STUDENT IS CONSIDERED TO BE “IN ATTENDANCE” WHEN HE/SHE IS PRESENT FOR AT LEAST 16 HOURS AND COMPLETES AT LEAST THREE OF THE FOUR ASSIGNED TASKS.
