Objectives
THE COURSE IS INTENDED TO TRANSMIT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE INSIDE A PROJECT, AND PROVIDE THE CAPACITY OF UNDERSTANDING AND USE OF STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CAPACITY OF IDENTIFYING THE CRITICAL RESOURCES TO PUT IN THE FIELD FOR AN EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT, IMPROVEMENT OF TIMES, COSTS AND QUALITY OF THE PROJECT AND THE END OF PRODUCTION OF A PROJECT PROPOSAL.
TEACHING IS AIMED TO STRENGTHEN THE CAPACITIES OF STUDENTS INHERENT TO THE ASPECTS AND STRATEGIC ACTIVITIES OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORGANIZATIONS AND IN DELINEING PROJECTS AND ACTION PLANS SUITABLE TO ADDRESS THE COMPLEX ELEMENTS OF COMPLEXITY.
THE TEACHING OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT MIRA, ALSO, TO FACILITATE THE CAPACITY OF ANALYSIS, UNDERSTANDING AND RESOLUTION OF THE MAIN STRATEGIC CRITICALITIES RELATED TO THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE USE OF STRATEGIES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE WILL BE USEFUL TO OPERATE IN THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ORGANIZATIONS BY RECOVERING ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER OR TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES OF
USEFUL ADVICE TO SUPPORT ENTERPRISES IN DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Verification of learning
VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL BE MADE WITH FINAL EXAMINATION, WITHOUT INTERMEDIATE TESTS. FINAL EVALUATION WILL BE ON A SCALE OF THIRTY. FINAL EXAMINATION WILL BE ARTICULATED IN ONE TEST: A COLLOQUY. THE COLLOQUY WILL BE FOCUSED ON CHECKING IN DEPTH THEORY KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATIONS RELATING TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TEAM BUILDING.
