Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS AND THE ABILITY TO COPE WITH THE PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THE START AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW FIRM. THEY WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE INTERCONNECTIONS BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ACTORS INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS PROMOTED BY BOTH NEW AND OLD ORGANIZATIONS. FURTHERMORE, THEY WILL ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS.

MAKING JUDGEMENTS.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO DEVELOP A FULL ANALYSIS CAPABILITY OF MARKETS AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES. THEY WILL DEVELOP GOOD PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND ANALYSIS OF THE CRUCIAL ISSUES RELATED TO THE IDENTIFICATION AND EXPLOITATION OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THE CONTENTS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS (GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, INVESTORS, COMPANIES) INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OF NEW BUSINESS INITIATIVES AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS.

LEARNING SKILLS.
THE STUDENT WILL DEVELOP THE ABILITY OF USING THE DIFFERENT DATABASES AND ACADEMIC JOURNALS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF DATA AND INFORMATION USEFUL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS. MOREOVER, THANKS TO THE STUDY OF MAIN THEORIES ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN MORE SPECIALIZED COURSES.
