THE COURSE WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO ACQUIRE THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE FOR THE DEFINITION, STRUCTURING AND CRITICAL REVISION OF THE BUSINESS MODEL OF A NEW ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT. THE COURSE WILL ALLOW THE EXPERIMENTATION OF TOOLS FOR THE ANALYSIS AND DEFINITION OF THE BUSINESS MODEL. THROUGH THE STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS CASES AND GROUP WORK ON CONCRETE CASES, THE COURSE WILL ENABLE STUDENTS TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED DURING THE COURSE. IT WILL THEREFORE ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF NECESSARY SKILLS AND COMPETENCES FOR THE DEFINITION OF A BUSINESS MODEL FUNCTIONAL TO THE CREATION OF VALUE AND THE ACQUISITION OF A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. |

THE STUDENTS, DIVIDED IN GROUP, WILL TAKE THE TASK OF DEVELOPING A BUSINESS PROJECT. GROUPS WILL HAVE TO HIGHLIGHT THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF THE PRODUCT / MARKET COMBINATION AND FORMULATE A PROPOSAL OF A COMPETITIVE BUSINESS MODEL. WORKS OF GROUPS WILL BE INTERVALED BY TUTORING ACTIVITIES IN WHICH INDIVIDUAL GROUPS WILL BE SUPPORTED AND GUIDED IN THE BUSINESS MODEL PROCESSING PROCESS. LECTURES (6 HOURS) PROJECT WORK AND TUTORING (24 HOURS) THE PARTICIPATION INTO THE COURSE IS SUGGESTED. |

VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL BE MADE BY AN ORAL INTERVIEW THAT WILL LAST ABOUT 20 MINUTES, BASED ON THE PRESENTATION OF THE DEVELOPED BUSINESS MODEL. THE EVALUATION WILL BE EXPRESSED WITH A JUDGEMENT OF PASS OR NOT PASS. FOR STUDENTS NOT ATTENDING THE COURSE, THE VERIFICATION OF LEARNING WILL CONSISTS IN AN ORAL INTERVIEW THAT WILL LAST ABOUT 20 MINUES, THAT WILL BE BASED ON AN ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT TO BE DEFINED IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEACHER. |
