THE COURSE COVERS THE MAIN TOPICS OF FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AS RATIONAL APPROACH OF ANALYSIS, ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF COMPLEX PROJECTS. SEVERAL TECHNIQUES ARE ILLUSTRATED, FROM PLANNING TO EXECUTING PROJECT, PLUS SOME DEEPENING ON PROJECT FINANCING AND RISK MANAGEMENT. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE TO THE STUDENTS A REFERENCE FRAMEWORK AND A SET OF TOOLS TO ANALYZE AND MAKE DECISION RELATED TO COMPLEX PROJECTS. THE STUDENT, AT THE END OF THE COURSE, WILL HAVE ACQUIRED THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL SKILLS RELATED TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND THE ABILITY TO USE THE MAIN TECHNIQUES AND TOOLS USEFUL TO MANAGE COMPLEX PROJECTS AND PERFORM FEASIBILITY STUDIES. |
