KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING STUDENTS ARE ACQUAINTED WITH A COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF CIVIL LAW FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES AND RULES, THROUGHOUT A JURISPRUDENTIAL AND CASE LAW APPROACH. THE COURSE PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH CONCEPTUAL INSTRUMENTS FUNCTIONAL TO THE LEARNING OF SPECIFIC ASPECTS RELATED TO ENTERPRISES AND BUSINESSES ACTIVITY AS WELL AS LABOUR RELATIONSHIPS. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO APPLY THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE TO CONCRETE SITUATIONS AND TO COMBINE IT WITH THE SPECIFIC CONCEPTS THAT THEY WILL LEARN DURING THEIR FURTHER STUDIES. MAKING JUDGEMENTS PROBLEMATIC METHOD AS WELL AS UNITARY APPROACH TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM ARE CRUCIAL TO DEVELOP STUDENTS HIGH CRITICAL CAPACITY RELATED NOT ONLY TO THE CIVIL LAW ISSUES BUT ALSO TO THE OTHER FIELDS OF LAW. COMMUNICATION SKILLS STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO REPRESENT (ALSO TO NON SPECIALISTS) AND DISCUSS EFFECTIVELY THE RESULTS OF THEIR WORK: IDENTIFYING LEGAL PROBLEMS, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT RELATED TO CIVIL LAW, QUALIFYING THE DIFFERENT SITUATIONS, APPLYING THE APPROPRIATE DISCIPLINE, ETC. LEARNING SKILLS STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE CAPACITY TO ANALYZE NEW AND DIFFERENT LEGAL PROBLEMS AND TO DEVELOP THEIR COMPETENCES THROUGH AN APPROPRIATE RESEARCH METHOD, USING LITERATURE AND NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ON-LINE DATA BASES. |
