Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO INTRODUCE STUDENTS FOR THE UNDERSTANDING AND STUDY OF BASIC LEGAL CONCEPTS OF CIVIL LAW, ON THE BASIS OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERNAL SOURCES, COMMUNITY AND INTERNATIONAL SOURCES.
THE AIM TO ALLOW IS:
-THE UNDERSTANDING OF CONTENTS AND OF THE TECHNIQUES OF METHOD IN THE PERCEPTION OF THE ORGANISATION AS A UNIT SYSTEM;
-TO OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE READING OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND THEIR IMPACT IN TISSUE OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
KNOWLEDGES:
1)KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
BASIC TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM .
2)ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING (APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING)
ABILITY TO ANALYZE AND COMBINATION OF USEFUL RULLS FOR TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS ABLE TO DEAL ISSUES THAT REQUIRE LEGAL SKILLS.
3)AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT (MAKING JUDGEMENTS)
ABILITY TO GATHER AND INTERPRET CRITICALLY COMPLICATED DATA AND INFORMATIONS OF METHODOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE AND LEGAL CONTENT.
4)COMMUNICATION SKILLS (COMMUNICATION SKILLS)
BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN WITH TECHNICAL LANGUAGE PROPERTIES OF THE EXAME'S SUBJECTS.

THE COURSE IS FOCUSED ON THE ANALYSIS OF CIVIL TOPICS THAT INTEREST THE UNFOLDING OF DAILY EVENTS, OF THE STATEMENT, INCREASINGLY FELT, THE UNITY AND COMPLEXITY OF OUR LEGISLATIVE SYSTEM, ALTHOUGH FED BY SOURCES RATHER HETEROGENEOUS BETWEEN THEM. VARIOUS ARE THE CONTENTS DETAILED, ALSO IN THE SAME WAY THE POSITIONS ASSUMED BY EMINENT SCHOLARS, AND, HOWEVER, SOME MORE THAN OTHERS LEND TO EMPHASIZE THE IMPACT OF CHANGES IN THE SOCIETY ON THE NORMATIVE SYSTEM, SUCH AS, FOR EXAMPLE, THE FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPT OF INTERPRETER EDUCATION, IDENTIFICATION OF SOURCES OF LAW AND THE CRITERIA FOR ITS INTERPRETATION, LEGAL EXISTENTIAL SITUATIONS AND PEOPLE TO WHOM THESE BELONG, THE CONSIDERATION OF PERSONAL RIGHTS WITHIN THE CODICISTICO AND CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEMS, PERSONAL AND FAMILIAR RELATIONSHIPS, THE ISSUES OF BIOETHICS, THE CONCEPT OF IMMATERIALITY OF THE PROPERTY AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE RECONSIDERATION OF THE SYSTEM OF PROPERTY RIGHTS.
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE IS DIVIDED ALONG THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR AND PROVIDES FOR THE ILLUSTRATION OF THE INSTITUTES AND INTERPRETATION OF TRADITIONAL DOCTRINE AND READING IN CLASSROOM, RULES INVESTIGATED.
