THE COURSE AIMS AT THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES: - PRESENT AND DISCUSS THE MAIN THEORETIC FRAMEWORKS DEVELOPED IN THE DIDACTICS OF CHEMISTRY; - PRESENT AND DISCUSS THE METHODOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES OF DIDACTIC TRANSPOSITION OF THE CONCEPTS OF CHEMISTRY AFFECTING THE FIRST AND SECOND CYCLE OF EDUCATION, WHICH TAKE ACCOUNT OF ACQUISITIONS OF THE PSYCHOLOGY OF LEARNING; - PROVIDE CRITERIA AND TOOLS FOR THE DESIGN OF DIDACTIC ACTIVITIES RELATED TO CHEMISTRY IN THE FUNCTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES AND THE EDUCATION DEGREE IN WHICH IT WORKS; - CRITICALLY DISCUSSING THE EXISTING PEDAGOGICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FOUNDING CONCEPTS OF CHEMISTRY AT THE MACROSCOPIC LEVEL (SIMPLE SUBSTANCE, COMPOUND SUBSTANCE, PHYSICAL STATE, ETC.), MICROSCOPIC (ATOMO, MOLECULE, ETC.) AND SYMBOLIC (CHEMISTRY, STRUCTURE FORMULA, ETC. .) AND THEIR TEACHING TRANSPOSITION; - INTRODUCING A HISTORICAL-EPISTEMOLOGICAL CONTEXT OF THE FOUNDING CONCEPTS OF CHEMISTRY AND HIGHLIGHTING THE EDUCATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, FROM SCHOOL TO UNIVERSITY; - DISCUSS THE RELATIONSHIP OF CHEMISTRY WITH THE OTHER DISCIPLINES, HIGHLIGHTING THE SPECIFICITY IN TERMS OF CONCEPTUAL STRUCTURE AND OF REALITY KNOWLEDGE; - PRESENT AND DISCUSS EXAMPLES OF LABORATORY DIDACTICS OF CHEMISTRY; - PRESENT AND DISCUSS EXAMPLES OF USE OF RESOURCES AND MULTIMEDIA INSTRUMENTS SPECIFIC FOR THE DIDACTICS OF CHEMISTRY; - DISCUSS THE RELATIONSHIP OF CHEMISTRY WITH SOCIETY IN TERMS OF TECHNOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS, ETHICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS IN RELATION TO THEMES OF GREAT SOCIAL IMPACT (ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, FOOD, ENERGY, NEW MATERIALS, CONSERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE, ETC.)
