THE COURSE, IN LIGHT OF THE GROWING DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE FORMS OF COMMUNICATION OF TERRITORIAL KNOWLEDGE, AIMS TO PROVIDE METHODOLOGICAL-CONCEPTUAL INDICATIONS ON PUBLIC AND MULTIMEDIA GEOGRAPHY, FOCUSING ON THE STUDY OF THE WAYS IN WHICH GEOGRAPHIC COMMUNICATION IS CONSTRUCTED IN RELATION TO DIFFERENT PUBLIC CONTEXTS, ACCORDING TO EPISTEMOLOGICAL ASSUMPTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS ORIENTED TOWARDS THE PARTICIPATORY COMMUNICATION AND DISCUSSION OF TERRITORIAL THEMES AND ISSUES, STARTING FROM GEOGRAPHIC NARRATIVES AND DEBATES OF COLLECTIVE INTEREST. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE WITH RESPECT TO - PREMISES, TOOLS, SOURCES OF PUBLIC GEOGRAPHY - GEOGRAPHY AND CONTEMPORARY LANGUAGES - MULTIMEDIA GEOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL NETWORKS - GEOTECHNOLOGY AND TERRITORIAL NARRATIVES ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THROUGH THE STUDY OF THE DISCIPLINE, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO - DESIGN GEOGRAPHIC NARRATIVES THROUGH THE USE OF DIVERSE SOURCES AND MULTIMEDIA TOOLS; - ANIMATE DISCUSSION GROUPS ON GEOGRAPHIC ISSUES IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST KEY; - HANDLE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CARTOGRAPHIC AND GRAPHIC REPRESENTATIONS FOR COMMUNICATING GEOGRAPHIC ISSUES OF GENERAL INTEREST; - CORRELATE DISCIPLINARY THEMES IN GEOGRAPHY WITH PUBLIC ISSUES AND PERSPECTIVES; - DESIGN STORYTELLING IN GEOGRAPHY AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE THE FOLLOWING TRANSVERSAL SKILLS - MANAGE THE METHODOLOGIES OF COMMUNICATION AND NARRATIVE CONSTRUCTION IN THE FIELD OF GEOGRAPHY; - IDENTIFY CONTEMPORARY TOPICS RELATED TO MORE GENERAL GEOGRAPHICAL PHENOMENA; - OPERATE A SELECTION OF DIVERSE DATA OR SOURCES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC INTEREST NARRATIVES ON GEOGRAPHIC TOPICS.
