KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE MAIN TEACHING OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH KNOWLEDGE ON THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY, DEEPENED ACCORDING TO A PERSPECTIVE OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROCESS. A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON THE MAIN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS AND ON THE ANALYSIS OF ITS REFERENCE MARKET WILL BE PROVIDED. THE BEHAVIOR OF THE COMPANIES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT WILL BE STUDIED IN DEPTH FROM A MANAGERIAL, SYSTEMIC AND SERVICE POINT OF VIEW, HIGHLIGHTING ABOVE ALL THE MUTUAL DYNAMISM AND THE EFFECTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE ACTIVITIES. THE MAIN TYPES OF COMPANIES AND THE MAIN BUSINESS OPERATIONS, THE ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND STRATEGIC DYNAMICS, THE PROCESSES AND THE PRODUCTION COMBINATIONS OF THE MAIN CLASSES OF COMPANIES WILL BE ANALYZED TO ASSESS THEIR ECONOMIC CONDITIONS. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE TO STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. THE MAIN MODELS OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT WILL BE EXEMPLIFIED, IN ORDER TO ALLOW LEARNERS TO ACQUIRE THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF MANAGEMENT IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT COMPLEXITY OF THE REFERENCE CONTEXT. STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO INTERPRET, ANALYZE AND UNDERSTAND IN AN OVERVIEW THE DYNAMICS OF GOVERNANCE AND THE FUNCTIONING OF MODERN SERVICE-CENTERED ORGANIZATIONS. THE LEARNERS, ON THE BASIS OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF CASES, WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: INCOME AND CAPITAL PROSPECTUSES, MONETARY FLOWS AND ECONOMIC CONVENIENCE ANALYSIS. AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO EVALUATE THE STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES AND TECHNICAL OPPORTUNITIES OBSERVING SEVERAL ISSUES OF ECONOMICAL, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES. COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO ILLUSTRATE THE MAIN MANAGERIAL THEORIES AND DESCRIBE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VARIOUS BUSINESS FUNCTIONS. LEARNING ABILITY. THE STUDENT WILL LEARN THE BASIS OF THE SYSTEMIC APPROACH, NECESSARY FOR THE ANALYSIS OF COMPLEX SYSTEMS SUCH AS ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS. |
