Vincenzo NADDEO | RESEARCH | Living Membranes - Results of the new patented technology are available on NATURE.COM

Among the research and technology transfer activities coordinated by prof. Vincenzo Naddeo, a new patent has been developed for advanced and sustainable water treatment. The patented technology called "Living Membranes" opens up new scenarios for wastewater treatment using biological processes capable of improving the quality of the treated effluents, reducing investment and management costs and reducing energy requirements.
The results of applying this new technology in combination with electrochemical processes have recently been published in the prestigious international scientific journal of the Nature group - npj Clean Water.
