Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
TO PROMOTE THE ACQUISITION OF HISTORICAL KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND ORAGANIZZATIVE IN KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOL.
ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
TO ENCOURAGE THE TRANSFERABILITY OF KNOWLEDGE AND HISTORICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CURRENT REGULATIONS FOR THE ITALIAN SCHOOL SYSTEM.
Prerequisites
NONE. THE TEACHING IS THE FIRST CONTACT WITH THE HISTORICAL-PEDAGOGICAL AND HISTORICAL-SCHOOL DISCIPLINES.

-RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF REFLECTION AND PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH.
-THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL, INSTITUTIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES SEEN IN THE SOCIO-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT.
-THE HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL AS AN INTERPRETATIVE PARADIGM OF ITALIAN HISTORY.
THESE CONTENTS WILL BE EXPLAINED IN THE TWO PARTS OF THE COURSE:
- RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL IN ITALY AND OF ALL THE LAWS AND REFORMS ON IT.
- A THEORETICAL STUDY ON THE HISTORY OF EDUCATION, THE HISTORY OF PEDAGOGY, THE PEDAGOGY OF HISTORY IN SCHOOL AND EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS.
Teaching Methods
THIS TEACHING USES THE FOLLOWING METHODOLOGIES:

- LESSONS WITH WIDE CONTENTS, WITH A FINAL DISCUSSION ON THE CENTRAL TOPICS OF THE LESSON.
- LECTURES BASED ON TEXTS, WITH THEIR ANALYSIS AND THE DISCUSSION BY THE WHOLE CLASS.
-HISTORICAL DESCRIPTION AND CONTEXTUALIZATION OF EVENTS, CHARACTERS AND INTERDISCIPLINARY LINKS TO SCHOOL AND EDUCATION.
Verification of learning
ORAL EXAMINATION WITH THREE STAGES OF INTERVIEW:
1 ONE OR MORE QUESTIONS ON THE GENERAL AND HISTORICAL PART.
2 ONE OR MORE QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE LAW AND SCHOOL REFORM.
3 ONE OR MORE QUESTIONS ON THE THEORETICAL, HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PERSPECTIVES WITH REFERENCE TO THE SCHOOL CONTEXT OF APPLICATION.
