Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
ACHIEVING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS FOR A BASE TRAINING IN ECONOMIC HISTORY BY LEARNING SPECIFIC MAIN THEMES ABOUT EVOLUTIONARY SCENERY OF CAPITALIST ECONOMIES.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS APPLICATION OF ECONOMIC HISTORY GENERAL LINES, IN ORDER TO DEVELOPE STUDENT'S INTERPRETATION ABILITY – IN A LONG RUN PERSPECTIVE – THE MAIN MACROECONOMIC PHENOMENA RELATED TO ECONOMIC CYCLES, THE ECONOMIC GROWTH PROCESSES, THE CAPITALIST ECONOMIES DEVELOPEMENT MODELS, THE CHANGES IN THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESS.

MAKING JUDGEMENTS:
ABILITY TO USE AND INTERPRET IN AN INDIPENDENT WAY, ECONOMIC PHENOMENA, BY TEACHING-LEARNING ACTIVITIES(LESSONS, WORKSHOPS, INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM WORK, CASE STUDY DISCUSSION) QUALI-QUANTITATIVE DATA FINDING ORIENTED, AND CRITICAL EVALUATION OF SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
COMMUNICATION SKILL DEVELOPEMENT, TO EXPRESS IN A CLEAR AND SUPPORTED WAY INFORMATION, IDEAS PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS LINKED TO THE STUDY OF DEVELOPEMENT AND GROWTH MODELS IN THEIR HISTORIC EVOLUTION. THE STUDENT ACHIEVES FIT SKILLS TO DESCRIBE, INTERPRET AND REPRESENT ENTREPRENEURIAL AND MICRO AND MACROECONOMIC PROBLEMS TO INTERLOCUTORS (QUALIFIED OR NOT).

LEARNING SKILLS:
THE STUDENT - BASING ON METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH AND ECONOMIC HISTORY ANALYSIS – IS ABLE TO USE LOGICAL REASONING AND CRITICALLY EVALUATE DIFERENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPEMENT MODELS AND THEIR EVOLUTION IN TERMS OF PATH DEPENDANCE. FURTHERMORE, THE ACQUISITION OF THESE LEARNING SKILLS, WILL BE USEFULL IN EVERY STAGE OF STUDY'S IMPROVING.

A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MICRO AND MACRO ECONOMICS AND ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS ECONOMICS IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
