Objectives
HE COURSE PROPOSES TO EXAMINE THE PRINCIPAL INSTITUTES OF THE RIGHT OF THE INFORMATION, IN THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SYSTEM OF SOURCES. ON THE BASIS OF THE THEORETICAL TREATMENT AND WITH REGARD TO THE MOST EXPECTED PROBLEMS THAT THE RIGHT OF THE INFORMATION PONES, THE LESSONS WILL BE ENRICHED BY THE EXAMINATION OF PRACTICAL CASES AND OF JURISPRUDENTIAL DECISIONS. PARTICULAR ATTENTION WILL BE DEDICATED TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE LATEST DISCIPLINE SET BY REGULATION (EU) 2016/679.

HE COURSE WILL BE IN PARTICULAR OF THE LEGAL ORDER AND THE SOURCES OF THE RIGHT OF INFORMATION; THE CONTRACTS OF ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND THE DOMAIN NAMES; PRIVACY AND THE RIGHTS OF PERSONALITY IN THE NETWORK; ON-LINE CONTRACTING, PAYMENT METHODS, CONSUMER PROTECTION AND ONLINE AUCTIONS; TOURIST AND TELEMATIC CONTRACTS AND ONLINE GAMES, AND THE PROVIDER'S EXTRACONTRACTUAL LIABILITY

THE COURSE IS CARRIED OUT IN THE II SEMESTER AND PROVIDES A TOTAL OF 72 HOURS OF LESSON.
