THE COURSE INTENDS TO TRACKS THE FUNDAMENTAL LINES OF THE HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE GREEK AND ROMAN WORLD THROUGH THE MAIN MONUMENT TYPES RELATING TO ARCHITECTURAL AND URBANISTIC TESTIMONIES, THE MAJOR CERAMIC CLASSES AND THE SCRIPTURE AND SCIENTIFIC TESTIMONIES OF THE GREECE AND ROMAN ERA THAT SUGGESTION TO STUDENTS TO CREATE THE DIACRONIC DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNIQUES AND STYLES, AND CULTURAL FORMS IN SUBJECT TO CHOICES OF ARTISTIC MODELS AND THE ROLE OF COMMITMENT. THROUGH MANUALS, DISCUSSIONS IN THE HEADS AND AUXILIARY ITEMS OF SUPPORT OF INFORMATIC CHARACTER, YOU PREVIEW THAT STUDENTS CAN TAKE A KNOWLEDGE BASED ON THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL DOCUMENTATION OF THE CLASSIC WORLD, IN GREECE AND ROMAN ERA IN HIS HISTORIC-ARTISTIC MANIFESTATIONS, IN SPECIFIC PAINTING, CERAMICS AND SCULPTURE, ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISTICS, THE LEARNING OF THE APPROPRIATE METHODOLOGICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR THEIR CHRONICOLOGY AND HISTORY ORIENTED READING AND INTERPRETATION. THROUGH THE FRENCH LESSONS AND THE APPLICATION OF CORRECT METHODOLOGICAL INSTRUMENTS THE COURSE MIRATES TO PROVIDE STUDENTS A JUDICIAL AUTHORITY AND THE CAPACITY TO ORIENTATE AUTONOMY IN THE INTERPRETATION OF THE ARCHEOLOGICAL DOCUMENT AND IN HER CRONOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL INQUIRY AND NEED TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY OF REFLECTING CORRECTLY TO A TOPOGRAPHIC, CHRONIC AND HISTORICAL ARTISTIC BACKGROUND, WHETHER A RECOVERY IN A WORKING CONTEXT, IS AS BASED FOR A MORE ADVANCED TRAINING. |

THROUGH THE ACQUISITION OF APPROPRIATE METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS FOR READING THE DOCUMENT AS A TOOL FOR ARCHAEOLOGICAL HISTORICAL INTERPRETATION WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL RECORD OF CLASSICAL GREEK AND ROMAN AGE, CONSIDERED IN ITS VARIOUS MANIFESTATIONS, AND DEVELOPED THE ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND CLASSIFY MATERIALS IN THEIR HISTORICAL CONTEXT AND ARTISTIC PRODUCTIONS. THE COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO A GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO THE DISCIPLINE AND IN TWO MODULES: INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY OF CLASSICAL ARCHAEOLOGY; FORM I-ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORY OF GREEK ART; MODULE II-ROMAN ARCHAEOLOGY AND ART HISTORY. THE INTRODUCTION WILL PROVIDE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CLASSICAL ARCHAEOLOGY AND THE METHODS AND TOOLS FOR A CORRECT APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF ARCHAEOLOGY. IN THE TWO MODULES WILL BE DEEPENED IN PARTICULAR ARTISTIC, ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN PRODUCTIONS OF THE GREEK AND ROMAN WORLD WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE CONTEXTS OF ORIGIN. |

LECTURES, EXERCISES (EXCURSIONS IN MUSEUMS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL AREAS) AND SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS TO DEVOTE TO DESCRIPTION/READING AN ARTIFACT (ARCHITECTURE, PAINTING, SCULPTURE) AND THE COMMENT OF PLANTS, AND PLANS. DURING THE LECTURES WILL BE PROVIDED AND DISCUSSED THE MAIN BIBLIOGRAPHIC TOOLS, EVEN WITH THE HELP OF COMPUTER MEDIA (POWERPOINT, PICTURES ETC.) WHICH WILL FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROGRAM. |
