THE TEACHING AIMS TO CONSOLIDATE AND DEEPEN PREVIOUSLY ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPANISH LANGUAGE AND IS DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN THE STUDY OF THE SOCIAL, LINGUISTIC AND POLITICAL HISTORY OF SPAIN AND THE SPANISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES. THE STUDENT WILL KNOW THE HISTORICAL, POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND LINGUISTIC DISCIPLINARY FOUNDATIONS OF THE SPANISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES AND UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIPS EXISTING BETWEEN THE COUNTRIES, ACQUIRING ADDITIONAL CRITICAL CAPACITY IN SPANISH. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO CRITICALLY EXAMINE TEXTS OFFERED TO HIM/HER, DEVELOP HIS/HER OWN CRITICAL THINKING AND SOLVE HISTORICAL, SOCIAL AND LINGUISTIC PROBLEMS. IN ADDITION, HE/SHE WILL BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN FLUENT CONVERSATION IN SPANISH ON SPECIFIC TOPICS, EXPRESS CRITICAL OPINIONS ON THE BASIS OF STRENGTHENED LINGUISTIC CONSOLIDATION. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO ARTICULATE A VERY COMPLEX DISCOURSE ON THE TOPICS STUDIED, EXPRESSING HIMSELF WITH STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CORRECTNESS, BOTH IN ORAL AND WRITTEN FORM. HE/SHE WILL, THEREFORE, BE ABLE TO REPRESENT AND COMMUNICATE, BY MEANS OF TEXTS OR VIRTUAL TOOLS, RESULTS OF HIS/HER OWN RESEARCH OR ELABORATIONS WITH CLARITY THROUGH APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE, COMMUNICATING INFORMATION, IDEAS AND PROBLEMS. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE TOOLS NECESSARY FOR UNDERSTANDING LINGUISTIC ISSUES, MEMORIZING WITH ACCURACY THE SIGNIFICANT ONES, THUS ACQUIRING THE REFERENCES, TOOLS AND LEARNING ABILITY NECESSARY TO ENRICH THE ACQUIRED LINGUISTIC SKILLS, TO BE APPLIED ALSO TO OTHER TEACHINGS OF THE COURSE OF STUDY. HE/SHE WILL BE ABLE TO ACQUIRE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY AT THE B2-C1 LEVEL OF THE EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE. |

THE STUDENT MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TEXTS SUBMITTED TO THEM AND TO BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW ON THE TOPICS PROPOSED DURING THE COURSE. THE LESSONS WILL BE TAKEN IN SPANISH. DURING THE COURSE MATERIAL RELATED TO THE POLITICAL AND MIGRATION DISCOURSE WILL BE PRESENTED IN SPANISH TO FURTHER DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE OF THE HISPANIC LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND CIVILIZATION THROUGH THIS SPECIAL TERMINOLOGY. THE TOPICS ARE: POLITICAL DISCOURSE (4 HOURS); SPAIN-MOROCCO BORDER (8 HOURS); HISPANIC AMERICA-UNITED STATES BORDER (8 HOURS); SPANISH AMERICAN BORDER (8 HOURS); FRONTIER AND DIALOGUE BETWEEN LANGUAGES (8 HOURS); FRONTIER STORIES (4 HOURS). |

THE 40 HOURS OF LESSONS WILL BE COMPOSED OF 30 HOURS OF FRONTAL DIDACTICS AND 10 OF EXERCISES. THE FREQUENCY, WHILE NOT MANDATORY, IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. |

THE FINAL TEST VERIFIES THE ACQUISITION OF THE METHODOLOGICAL AND THEORETICAL INSTRUMENTS OF THE DISCIPLINE AND THE SUBSEQUENT ABILITY TO USE THEM. GIVEN THAT WE WILL FOCUS ABOVE ALL ON THE SPECIALISTIC LANGUAGES PROPER OF THE POLITICAL DISCIPLINES USING SPECIFIC TEXTS OF THE HISTORICAL-POLITICAL-LEGAL EXPERIENCE OF THE SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES, DURING THE COURSE THE STUDENTS WILL BE SUBDUED TO THE STUDIO. PROPOSALS. THE CONDITIONS OF THE EXAMINATION WILL BE AN ORAL TEST. |
