The program, organized by the Digital Constitutionalism Network, examines the impact of digital sovereignty policies on fundamental rights and citizenship.
The BIP will equip students with the skills to critically analyze digital policies. A key benefit of the program is the opportunity to engage with industry experts through participation in international events.
Additionally, through face-to-face lectures and event participation, the BIP will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the topics covered, while also helping them develop valuable soft skills, including public speaking, teamwork, and writing policy briefs.
Where
The program will take place in person at the University of Salerno's Department of Management and Innovation Systems - Internet and Communication Policy Center (ICPC) and is coordinated by Mauro Santaniello in collaboration with four other European universities.
When
The program will take place in person from May 26 to 30, 2025 (5 days), with a total duration of 30 hours.
The virtual component will be held on the following dates: May 5 - 12 -19, and June 3 - 9 - 30, 2025, for a total duration of 12 hours.
