ALLOW STUDENTS TO BECOME AWARE OF THE IMPORTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN GENERAL, AND AS AN AREA OF STUDY IN THE STUDY OF THE EVOLVING LEGAL MATERIALS.ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE VARIOUS FORMS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND THE POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL LAW.ACQUISITION TOOLS AND LEARNING METHODS TO ENHANCE LEGAL SKILLS ALREADY ACQUIRED AND TO USE THESE TOOLS IN OTHER LESSONS IN THE COURSE OF THE STUDY. |

The course consists of 72 hours of lessons. It involves the exposure of the entire program, the analysis of case studies, especially with regard to administrative environment |

ATTENDING STUDENTS: ORAL EXAM THAT TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN LESSONS AND PRACTICAL CASES TREATED. STUDENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND: ORAL EXAM ON ALL TOPICS COVERED IN THE TEXTS ADOPTED. EVALUATION CRITERIA OF THE EXAMINATION WILL BE: 1) KNOWLEDGE OF INSTITUTIONS AND THE SYSTEM OF SOURCES; 2) ABILITY TO SPEAK WITH A WELL-ARGUED SPEECH; 3) ABILITY TO SPEAK WITH PROPRIETY OF LANGUAGE AND CLARITY; 4) ABILITY TO SELECT DATA BY STORING |
