Objectives
THE COURSE EXAMINES THE MOST DIFFUSED, EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE TEACHING METHODOLOGIES. THE COURSE IS ALSO PROPOSED TO PROVIDE INDICATIONS ON THE CONSIDERABLE AND EFFECTIVE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS COURSE CONSISTS IN PROVIDING STUDENTS THE FOUNDATIONS TO MANAGE DIVERSE ASPECTS OF THE TEACHING/LEARNING PROCESS

THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE ACQUISITES WILL BE:
- KNOWLEDGE OF TEACHING METHODOLOGIES;
- SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE TEACHING / LEARNING PROCESS;
- LEARNING STYLES AND INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES;

THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED WILL BE:
- FORMATTING TEXTS TO INCREASE THEIR ACCESSIBLITY
- USING IMAGE EDITING PROGRAMS;
- PRODUCTION OF MULTIMEDIA AND INTERACTIVE UDA.

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FOUNDATIONS IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

THE COURSE WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING TEACHING METHODOLOGIES:

- PEER EDUCATION
- SIMPLEX DIDACTICS
- DIDACTICS ON EPISODES OF SITUATED LEARNING
- METHODS FOR TEACHING HOW TO READ
- METHODS FOR TEACHING HOW TO WRITE
- METHODS FOR TEACHING BASIC MATHEMTAICS
Teaching Methods
LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE CLASSROOM USING VARIOUS RESOURCES, INCLUDING DIGITAL ONES.
Verification of learning
THE ASSESSMENT WILL BE BASED ON AN ORAL EXAM THAT CARRIES A MAXIMUM OF 30 MARKS.
