Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO CARRY OUT A STUDY ON THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY, DEEPENED ACCORDING TO AN OPTIC OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROCESS, WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON THE MAIN COMPANY FUNCTIONS AND ON THE ANALYSIS OF ITS REFERENCE MARKET. THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO TRANSFER TO STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. THE MAIN MODELS OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT WILL BE ILLUSTRATED, IN ORDER TO ALLOW LEARNERS TO ACQUIRE THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF MANAGEMENT IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT COMPLEXITY OF THE REFERENCE CONTEXT.

THE LEARNERS, ON THE BASIS OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF CASES, WILL BE ABLE TO: FACE MANAGEMENT ISSUES RELATED TO ALL TYPES OF COMPANIES; ADDRESS SITUATIONS OF PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING; FORMULATE AUTONOMOUS AND CONSCIOUS JUDGMENTS ON MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND RELATED POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS; CRITICALLY ANALYZE MANAGEMENT ASPECTS WITH RELATED CONTEXT ANALYSIS, AND ECONOMIC-ACCOUNTING ASPECTS RELATED TO PROGRAMMING AND BUDGETING.

SECS-P/08: ORAL EXAMINATION, AIMS TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE AREA OF MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION;, THE AUTONOMY OF ANALYSIS AND JUDGMENT, AND THE EXHIBITING CAPACITIES OF THE STUDENT;
SECS-P/07: WRITTEN EXAMINATION, TO EVALUATE THE COMPETENCIES IN THE BUDGETING PROCESS AND IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE BREAK EVEN POINT.
BOTH THE TESTS ARE VALUED IN THIRTY.
EVALUATIONS CONSIDER THE EFFICACY OF THE METHODS USED, THE COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY OF THE ANSWERS, AND OF THE CLARITY IN THE PRESENTATION.
THE FINAL VOTE, EXPRESSED IN THIRTY, WITH EVENTUAL LODE, CONSIDERS BOTH THE MARKS OF THE TWO TESTS.
