Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO FOSTER, THROUGH THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERSON AND IDENTITY, THE CONSTRUCTION OF MODELS
PEDAGOGICAL COURSES AIMED AT THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE WORLD OF WORK WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO TRAINING PLANNING AND ANALYSIS OF
COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXTS SUCH AS THE COMPANY AND THE TERRITORY.

CASE STUDIES: ANALYSIS OF REAL SITUATIONS IN CORPORATE AND TERRITORIAL CONTEXTS.
GROUP PROJECTS: COLLABORATIVE WORK FOR THE DESIGN OF TRAINING INTERVENTIONS.
Verification of learning
INTERVIEW: ORAL EXAM THAT EVALUATES KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL CONTENTS COVERED BY THE EXAM TEXTS; CLARITY OF PRESENTATION; ANALYTICAL, SYNTHETIC AND CRITICAL SKILLS; RELEVANCE AND MASTERY OF DISCIPLINARY LANGUAGE.

FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAINING ACTIVITIES OFFERED AS PART OF THE COURSE: THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVALUATION:
• REPORTS AND REPORTS: WRITTEN PAPERS THAT ANALYZE THE CASE STUDIES DISCUSSED IN CLASS. STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO DEMONSTRATE SYNTHESIS AND CRITICAL ANALYSIS SKILLS;
• PRESENTATIONS/ORAL RETURNS: PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF GROUP PROJECTS. EVALUATION BASED ON CLARITY OF PRESENTATION, QUALITY OF CONTENT AND ABILITY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS;
• CONTINUOUS EVALUATIONS: ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN LESSONS, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS; CONTRIBUTION TO DISCUSSIONS, COLLABORATION IN GROUP WORK AND ATTENDANCE.
