Objectives
TO MAKE THE STUDENT AWARE ABOUT THE BASIC PROCESSES OF MAKING AND CHANGING THE LEGAL INSTITUTES IN THE ROMAN ANTIQUITY. TO MAKE THE STUDENT ABLE TO ELABORATE HISTORICAL COMPARISON BETWEEN ANCIENT AND MODERN LAW.

Teaching Methods
ORAL LESSONS.
IN ADDITION TO THE LESSONS, SEMINARS AND EXERCITATIONS ON SPECIFIC THEMES WILL BE HELD.
Verification of learning
THE VALUATION WILL BE GIVEN THROUGH A FINAL ORAL COLLOQUIUM AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER. INTERMEDIATE PARTIAL COLLOQUIA AND WRITTEN TESTS WILL BE HELD DURING THE SEMESTER. STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ELABORATE WRITTEN ESSAYS ON SPECIFIC ARGUMENTS, WHICH WILL BE TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION IN THE FINAL VALUATION.
