THE COURSE INCLUDES A FIRST PART DEDICATED TO DEALING WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE VARIOUS ROMAN CONSTITUTIONAL MODELS OVER TIME. A SECOND PART DEDICATED TO THE DEEPENING OF SOME SPECIFIC ASPECTS, IN PARTICULAR THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND INSTITUTIONS OF PRIVATE LAW.
