Objectives
THE TEACHING AIMS TO EXAMINE THE MAIN TOPICS RELATED TO IT LAW, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE PROBLEMS SET BY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES, AS WELL AS THOSE RELATED TO THE USE OF ADVANCED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS.
THE STUDENT WILL KNOW THE MAIN ISSUES RELATING TO IT LAW AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DECLINED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PRIVATE LAW AND WILL UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS THAT NEW TECHNOLOGIES DETERMINE ON BOTH LEGAL AND SOCIAL LEVELS.
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO FIND AND USE SOURCES AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS TO SOLVE JURISPRUDENTIAL AND DOCTRINAL PROBLEMS.
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO EVALUATE, THROUGH THE STUDY OF PRIVATE LAW, THE MAIN PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THE MOST RECENT TECHNOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS.
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO CONNECT THE STUDY OF THE SUBJECT TO THE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE THAT WILL BE ACQUIRED DURING THE CONTINUATION OF THE STUDIES.
THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO SEARCH JURISPRUDENTIAL AND DOCTRINAL SOURCES ALSO THROUGH DATABASES.

FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE.

Teaching Methods
THE COURSE LASTS 36 HOURS AND IT IS DIVIDED INTO LECTURES AND SEMINARS.
