THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A SYSTEMATIC FRAMEWORK OF THE EVOLUTION OF THE ITALIAN SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM, FROM ITS ORIGINS TO THE MOST RECENT REGULATORY INTERVENTIONS, PAYING ATTENTION TO THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN "SECURITY" AND "SECURITY ASSISTANCE". DURING THE COURSE THE MAIN INSTITUTES OF THE SYSTEM WILL BE ANALYZED, WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE PROTECTION AGAINST ACCIDENTS AND PROFESSIONAL ILLNESSES, TO THE TOOLS TO SUPPORT THE INCOME FROM WORK, TO THE PENSION SYSTEM AND THE NEGOTIAL SECURITY. AT THE END OF THE COURSE, THE STUDENT WILL HAVE ACQUIRED: 1) ADEQUATE MASTERY OF THE TOPICS COVERED DURING THE COURSE, ALSO IN A CRITICAL KEY; 2) ADEQUATE MASTERY OF THE TECHNICAL-LEGAL LANGUAGE INHERENT TO THE MATTER. |

THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 40 HOURS OF FRONTAL LESSONS, WHICH WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO CRITICALLY ACQUIRE THE KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO THE TOPICS COVERED BY THE PROGRAM AND TO MASTER THE MATTER WITH THE SUITABLE TECHNICAL LANGUAGE. |

TO VERIFICATE THE LEVEL OF LEARNING, THE STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO PASS AN ORAL EXAM CONCERNING THE TOPICS COVERED DURING THE COURSE, RESPECTING THE DATES SET IN THE CALENDAR. THE FINAL VOTE (FROM A MINIMUM OF 18/30 TO A MAXIMUM OF 30/30, POSSIBLY CUM LAUDE) WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE DEGREE OF KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED AND, THEREFORE, THE OVERALL MASTERY OF THE TOPIC, EVEN IN A CRITICAL VIEW; IT WILL ALSO CONSIDER THE APPROPRIATE USE OF TECHNICAL LANGUAGE. |
