THE TEACHING AIMS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FORMATION OF THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST, BY INTEGRATING ITS SOCIAL AND LEGAL KNOWLEDGE WITH BIOMEDICAL ONES. PHYSICAL PRINCIPLES OF DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING (X-RAY, CT, ULTRASOUND, NUCLEAR MEDICINE, MRI) AND THE MECHANISMS OF FORMATION OF IMAGES PRINCIPLES OF RADIOBIOLOGY AND RADIATION PROTECTION. THE COURSE AIMS TO INTRODUCE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WORK PSYCHOLOGY AND ORGANIZATIONS AS A SCOPE OF APPLIED RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL-PROFESSIONAL INTERVENTION. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE ON ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS AND EMPIRICAL RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES, SOME CASES AND EXPERIENCES OF PSYCHO-SOCIAL INTERVENTION IN WORKING CONTEXTS WILL BE EXAMINED. THE PURPOSES ARE ALSO TO ANALYZE THE INTERACTION BETWEEN PERSON AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND TO DEEPEN THE DYNAMICS THAT REGULATE THE CONDUCT OF INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS IN ORGANIZATIONS. THESE IN-DEPTH INFORMATION WILL CONCERN THE ASPECTS OF SOCIALIZATION, MOTIVATION AND PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXTS; LEADERSHIP, CONSTRUCTION AND CONDUCT OF GROUPS AND TEAMS, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE INTERVENTIONS. THE RESULTS THAT MAY HAVE, FOR THE HEALTH AND INDIVIDUAL WELL-BEING, THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND THE JOB-RELATED RISKS WILL ALSO BE ANALYZED. |
