The project's primary objective is to analyze the degree of inequality in clean air availability across Italian municipalities, investigate the main drivers of this inequality and their evolution over time. The project presume that total environmental inequality can be decomposed into factors that are beyond the control of local governments and factors that depend on local governments' commitment.
