Objectives
The laboratory aims to develop in students the transversal skills - so-called soft skills - considered strategic
in the current working environment characterized by complexity and continuous change. In particular, leadership, self marketing, problem solving, negotiation, relational effectiveness, team work and time management skills will be analyzed and strengthened.
Students will be able to properly manage group dynamics within public and private organizations. The management of human resources, the dynamics of individual and group enhancement and evaluation and the incentive levers will be dealt with both a conceptual and a practical profile.
