Giuseppe FAUCEGLIA Curriculum
Full Professor of Commercial Law. Lawyer of Superior Courts, with offices in Salerno and Rome. Member of the Italian Ministerial Committee on the reform of Bankruptcy Law.
Member of the Italian Ministerial Committee on the management UNESCO – World Heritage.
In 1987 he has taught Comparative Private Law at the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been teaching at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions established by the University of Naples "Federico II".
He has carried out research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law of Munich (Patent legislation and Competition Law); at University of Strasbourg - Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), with Professor Yves Reboul; he has collaborated with the University "Bocconi" of Milan in some research of Newfin.
He is board member for the following academic journals: “Giurisprudenza commerciale”, “Il diritto fallimentare e delle società commerciali”, "Rivista del diritto dell'impresa", "Giurisprudenza di merito" e "Le corti salernitane".
