Roberto TAGLIAFERRI | Curriculum

Roberto Tagliaferri is full professor in Computer Science at the University of Salerno.
He has had courses in Computer Architecture, Artificial and Computational Intelligence, and Bioinformatics for computer and data scientists and biologists.
He has been co-organizer of international workshops and schools on Neural Nets, Computational Intelligence and Bioinformatics and co-editor of 19 books of Proceedings.

He is Director of the PhD School in Big Data Management and in Data Science, Accounting & Management

His research activity has been oriented to Computational Intelligence models and applications mainly in the areas of Astrophysics, Biomedicine and Bioinformatics. His activity produced more than 160 scientific papers published on international journals or proceedings of international conferences with referee. He has an h-index 30 with 3885 citations on Scopus and an h-index 36 with 6064 citations on Google Scholar.
