THE COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS: 1) INTRODUCTION TO DEMOETHNOANTHROPOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES (LECTURES,15 HOURS). 2) OBJECTS AND THEMES OF ANTHROPOLOGY (LECTURES,15 HOURS). THE STUDENT WILL LEARN ABOUT: - THE MODALITIES OF THE ETHNOGRAPHIC METHOD; - THE PRINCIPLES OF ETHNOLOGY; - THE FUNDAMENTALS OF CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY. - THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE THREE LEVELS. THROUGH THE STUDY OF THE DISCIPLINE, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO: - CONSCIOUSLY SELECT TERRITORIAL CONTEXTS OF INTEREST ON THE BASIS OF THE ANTHROPOLOGICAL METHOD THAT INTERPRETS CULTURAL FACTS AS A RELATIONAL SYMBOLIC SYSTEM; - ACQUIRE ETHNOGRAPHIC DATA; - SYSTEMATIZE, PROCESS AND REPRESENT DATA IN ETHNOLOGICAL MODELS; AND THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO: - IDENTIFY PRIORITIES AND PREVAILING THEMES WITHIN GENERAL SUBJECT AREAS; - SELECT ETHNOGRAPHIC SOURCES (CONVENTIONAL AND UNCONVENTIONAL); - CRITICALLY PROCESS INFORMATION AND DATA. |
