Virginia ZAMBRANO Curriculum

Full professor of Comparative Law at the University of Salerno.
Former lecturer of Anglo-American Law and EU Law lat the Second University of Naples; former lecturer of Family Law at the School of Specialisation in Civil Law, University of Camerino. Visiting Professor at the "Universidade de Santa Cruz (Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil)" and at the "Universidade do Rio Grande do Sinos Valley (UNISINOS-Porto Alegre, Brazil)". She achieved a PhD in Civil Law and a specialisation  at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé, in Strasbourg. Scholarship at D.A.A.D. and C.N.R., she has carried out researches in Germany at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg. She is author of monographs, essays, notes, as well as co-author and editor of collective works, concerning a large variety of Civil and Comparative Law issues, from the Right of the Persons to Family Law, from Tort Law to Contract Law and General Theory. Former Member of the Board of the Specialization School for Legal Professions, University of Salerno.  She is responsible for the coordination of some researches' projects supported by the Italian Ministry of University. She is Member of the Italian Association of Comparative Law and collaborates with the Instituto de Desarrollo y Análisis del Derecho De Familia En España (IDADFE), as well as with the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito de Familia (IBDFAM).
