ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE REGULATORY LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE FOUR DIMENSIONS (ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND GOVERNANCE) AS WELL AS ON THE CONTENTS OF THE AGENDA 2030. AT THE END OF THE COURSE, STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO APPLY INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN LEGISLATION IN THE CONSERVATION OF BIODIVERSITY, WATER RIGHTS AND PROTECTION OF WATER AND AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS, PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES. THE MAIN KNOWLEDGE WILL BE: ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE RELATING TO THE FUNDAMENTAL LEGAL NOTIONS ON THE SUBJECT OF INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN REGULATION GOVERNING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TOGETHER WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE OPERATING RULES OF INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. VERIFICATION OF THE EFFECTS OF INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN STANDARDS IN ITALIAN LAW WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE EFFECTIVE PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES. THE MAIN SKILLS WILL BE: DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS - ALSO OF A PROFESSIONAL NATURE - IN TERMS OF ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE MAIN LEGAL ISSUES RELATING TO THE CONSERVATION OF BIODIVERSITY AND NATURAL HABITAT AS WELL AS TO WATER AND AGRI-FOOD SUSTAINABILITY IN THE MEDITERRANEAN AREA, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIONS SO THAT THE STUDENTS ARE ABLE TO CONSULT AND ANALYZE NORMATIVE AND JURISPRUDENTIAL TEXTS ON THE SUBJECT. |

THE TEACHING CONSISTS OF 42 HOURS OF LESSONS, 21 OF WHICH HELD BY PROF. ANGELA DI STASI AND 21 HELD BY DR.ANNA IERMANO, SEMINAR WORKSHOPS, SIMULATION GAMES AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES WILL BE HELD. AN INTERACTIVE METHOD WILL BE USED IN ORDER TO STIMULATE THE INTEREST OF STUDENTS COMPARED TO THE DISCIPLINE AND TAKE THEM CRITICAL CONTENT ACQUISITION. |

THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TEACHING IS CERTIFIED BY PASSING AN ORAL EXAMINATION IN WHICH THE EVALUATION WILL BE EXPRESSED IN THIRTIETHS. THE EXAM IS PASSED AT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE MINIMUM EVALUATION OF 18/30. THE FINAL TEST CONSISTS OF AN INTERVIEW ON THE CONTENTS PROVIDED IN THE PROGRAM. IT IS FINALIZED TO VERIFY THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING REACHED BY THE STUDENT AS WELL AS TO VERIFY THE ABILITY OF EXPOSURE AND AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION REGARDING THE TOPICS WITH THEORETICAL CONTENT.
