Objectives
TO GIVE TO THE STUDENTS THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT METHODS AND PROCEDURES FOR CAD MODELLING OF ELECTRO-MECHANIC AND OLEO-PNEUMATIC MECHANISMS AND FOR VIRTUAL REALITY USAGE. STUDIES ABOUT TECHNICS OF VIRTUAL DESIGN, OF DIGITAL HUMAN MODELING AND OF ERGONOMICS/COMFORT EVALUATION.

MODELING OF ASSEMBLY AND MECHANISM: REPRESENTATION OF ELECTRO-MECHANIC AND OLEO-PNEUMATIC; REPRESENTATION, MODELING AND MANAGEMENT OF ASSEMBLY, CAD VERIFICATION OF ASSEMBLE CAPABILITY, INTERFERENCE AND ACCESSIBILITY.
VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNIQUES: STEREOSCOPIC VISION, VR DEVICE AND APPLICATIONS.
DESIGN AND VERIFICATION IN VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT: DIGITAL MOCK-UP INSTRUMENTS, COLLISION DETECTION TECHNIQUES IN VR ENVIRONMENT, DMU IN VR ENVIRONMENT FOR ASSEMBLY AND MECHANISM VERIFICATION, HMI AND COMPLEX ASSEMBLY VISUALIZATION.
