A deeper knowledge of the most important reactions for the regio- and stereocontrolled formation of C-C and C=C bonds, as well as fundamental aspects of the reactivity of organometallic reagents, devoted to the preparation of complex molecules and/or to the functionalisation of organic substrates. Capability of exploitation of advanced analytical and spectroscopic techniques for the resolution of problems of preparative, mechanistic and stereochemical type. |
