Mauro Caputo was born in Naples, in 1984 he graduated cum laude in Business Economics at the University of Napoli Federico II, in 1989 he holds a Ph.D. in Science of Industrial Innovations at the University of Padova. Current Position: From 2001 he is Full Professor of Industrial Engineering and Management in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Salerno; Member of Ph.D. Committee in Innovative Engineering Technologies for Industrial Sustainability, University of Salerno; Faculty member of the Master Ingegneria dell'Impresa, University of Roma Tor Vergata; Senior member of AiIG - Associazione italiana Ingegneria Gestionale. He published, as author or co-author, more than 100 scientific studies; University Career: From 1988 to 1992 he worked as Researcher in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Cassino; From 1992 to 1997 he worked as Associate Professor of Economia ed Organizzazione Aziendale in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Pisa; From 1997 to 2000 he worked as Associate Professor of Economia Applicata all'Ingegneria in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Salerno.
