THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE TOOLS TO SUPPORT MODELING AND OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS SYSTEMS. IT WILL PRESENT A REVIEW OF QUANTITATIVE METHODS TO SUPPORT DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS SYSTEMS. ALSO DEVELOPED SEVERAL REAL CASES ON WHICH THEY WILL BE USED MORE FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODELING TECHNIQUES TO GET TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM UNDER CONSIDERATION. THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED MORE LOGISTICAL NETWORKS, MANUFACTURING LOGISTICS SYSTEMS CHARACTERIZED BY FLEXIBILITY IN THE USE OF RESOURCES AND VARIABILITY IN THE MIX OF ORDERS AND PROCESS REQUIREMENTS. |
Prerequisites | |
