PROVIDING STUDENTS KNOWLEDGE FOR MANAGING INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE COURSE PROVIDES KNOWLEDGE ON THE DYNAMICS OF INNOVATION NECESSARY TO THE STRATEGIC PLANNING OF PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO MANAGE INNOVATION PROCESSES, AS TO ITS PLANNING, ORGANIZATION AND CONTROL ISSUES, IN DYNAMIC, COMPLEX AND COMPETITIVE MARKETS. MAKING JUDGMENTS STUDENTS WILL WORK ON REAL CASES OF COMPANIES OPERATING IN HIGH TECH INDUSTRIES, BOTH IN GROUPS AND ALONE. SUCH EXPERIENCES WILL MAKE THEM DEVELOP CAPABILITY OF ANALYSIS AND OF MAKING AUTONOMOUS JUDGMENTS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS STUDENTS HAVE TO PRESENT THE RESULTS OF THEIR PROJECT STO THE CLASSROOM, IMPROVING THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS LEARNING SKILLS AT THE END OF THE COURSE, STUDENTS ARE PROVIDED WITH VARIABLES AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS NECESSARY TO MANAGE INNOVATION PROCESSES WITHIN HI-TECH COMPANIES. |
